Refund policy

Happiness Guaranteed refunds are offered to every first time customer for any order $36 and under within 10-days of delivery.  This includes first time buyer discounts but excludes special event sales or discount items.  Refund amount does not include shipping charges.  Please initiate the return by emailing our concierge team at orders@figbrew.com.

Any item that is defective, damaged or an incorrect item will be replaced free of charge.
