Absolutely love this tastes wonderful !
I am not ready to give up caffeine, but as I'm in my late 50's, I do notice that it affects me more, so I've been looking for ways to reduce my caffeine. I first tried mixing chicory with my coffee & did not like the taste.
In doing research, I decided to try Figgee. I started slowly, just mixing a few grams of Figgee into my coffee. I'm now at a 2/3 coffee, 1/3 Figgee ratio. I actually love it, and if anything, it may improve the taste of my pour-over coffee by making it smoother. To note, I use a scale to make my brew so it's very accurate.
I highly recommend trying this for anyone trying to reduce caffeine intake. I love that the roast date is on the can. It's clearly a fresh and high-quality product!!
I like to run my pot with 50% fig brew and 50% coffee. It adds a really great taste and smooths out the bitterness that you get with black coffee. I think I'm going to have to bump up my order though, because 3 pounds doesn't last me very long. Highly recommend !
Beetroot is my favorite. I sub it for a scoop of coffee. I like the color it imparts and the rich flavor it adds and just a hint of sweet

I have been interested in this product for quite some time, and finally decided to order it. Surprisingly, it is very similar to coffee, in taste, and in texture. It is good on it's own , but I like to mix it with my Carolina Coffee Company Country Harvest Blend. This is my new go-to in the morning. For me, it just makes for an enjoyable cup of coffee without too much acidity. At first I thought it was a bit pricey, but you only have to add a teaspoon of the Figbrew to a tablespoon or more coffee. So with 40 servings in the can, I think the price is fair. I would recommend this product for someone looking for a good, coffee alternative.

The Mesquite is currently my favorite. The light, rich, and slightly smokey flavors of the mesquite blend are lovely on the palate.

I was skeptical being it’s made of figs. But it smelled great, so I made a cup. It’s chai heaven in a cup!
I got the roasted fig and mesquite blend, and I love it. I recently discovered mesquite through a company that shall not be named (I'm not a fan and they're overpriced) so I was looking for a good alternative, and it's surprisingly hard to find roasted mesquite for brewing like this. I'm glad I found this, it definitely meets my needs! I love the taste and that you don't have to use as much as you would with regular coffee. Happy to support FigBrew.

We generally try to describe our Mellow Mix as a smoother, mellower version of coffee, so if you are use to drinking a very strong brew this blend wouldn't be right for you. If you are still looking for a way to drink coffee without the side effects we recommend trying out the pure fig coffee supplement. This can be brewed alone but in this instance you would be able to mix it with your own coffee grounds in a lower ratio to achieve a blend that is stronger while still lowering the caffeine and digestive uses of the coffee.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. One of the amazing things about our fig is when mixed with something with a stronger flavor you primarily taste that. So when mixing with coffee like in our Mellow Mix you primarily taste the coffee just a bit mellower and smoother. We tend to see this as a feature as opposed to a disadvantage but everyone preferences are different. We recommend our pure fig in our Coffee Supplement 12oz bag in order to get that Fig flavor.
Received the sample product as expected, and it was packaged very nicely and sustainably. I followed the directions using the amount of product to the quantity of water and brewed as I would my coffee. I found that it was not as rich and flavorful at those ratios. I feel I would need to use two or three times the product to create a rich and flavorful beverage. That makes the product a lot more expensive of course and I do not think I will be purchasing again. I was looking for something to add to or replace coffee eventually, but I guess this isn’t it.

Our products are more concentrated than traditional coffee and a 1/3rd of the cost of traditional coffee (with coffee prices rising, our products may even be less expensive). Our recommended serving size is based on the average consumer, if you prefer your cup a little stronger, you may need to use a little more - the lovely thing is that you can adjust as per your preferences. I love my coffee but for health reasons needed to cut back on the acid as it was irritating my stomach. I mix some Figgie into my morning coffee and it tastes good and really helps reduce stomach irritation.
This creates a great brew. I prefer a mix of Carabello Coffee out of Newport Kentucky, quite the marriage of flavors. Without giving up any experience of flavor we get less acid, less caffeine and we are able to enjoy knowing this blend is far more sustainable than our love of coffee alone.

I was initially very skeptical about trying Figbrew, especially after being disappointed by other coffee substitutes/alternatives. But I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it is!
Now, I keep the powder at home and use the K-cups at work—they’ve become part of my routine. I’ve also discovered that the other product lines, like their cacau, pairs wonderfully with coffee or chocolate liqueur for special Sunday coffee.
Another great bonus I learned from speaking with the owners is that I can use their Figgee product to create my own blends. This lets me reduce my coffee intake while still enjoying our morning rituals.
This tastes excellent! It is honestly better than coffee! The price is better than competitors and the product is better.

Such a pleasant change from regular coffee and contains protein too for the energy you need. I usually just brew it alone and enjoy it several times per day.
