Simple, we love coffee it just doesn't love us back. When you blend fig with coffee you maintain the flavor and profile of the coffee, but cut the acid and caffeine-levels. This makes a blend perfect for people like us who love coffee but have to take a step back.

Quite frankly, we tried roasting our own coffee and that just not what we do best. By collaborating with specialty roasters we can bring our customer base a premixed coffee blend by roasters that this is their bread and butter. Plus by collaborating it leaves open the possibility to eventually provide a wide variety of coffees while keeping to what we do best.

Figs themselves are to big to fit in most traditional home grinders and would likely cause damage to your equipment, so we do the work for you. Each bag is pre-blended with Northshores coffee and packed just for you.
