FigBrew pre-packages our pure roasted fig with premium organic roast Central American coffee to create our Mellow Mix product. The medium coffee roasts preserve more of the taste of the coffee but also more of the acid. By adding Figgee, the acid is offset to give a smooth robust taste that brings out the best of both fig and coffee.
