Roasted fig when brewed has a smooth taste somewhere between coffee and tea. It looks very similar to ground coffee and can be brewed using any method used in making of coffee including espresso. It’s about twice as strong as coffee so a Figgee customer should use about half of what they typically would use in any brewing technique.
