Why Figs?

Here at FigBrew we love our coffee, but we found that coffee doesn't love us back, so we set out to find something that mimicked the good aspects of coffee while leaving out the negatives.

We've settled on Figs, it checks all the right boxes and manages to negate the biggest negatives we have encountered with our coffee.

Not everything about coffee is bad right? The culture, the early morning ritual, the familiarity in that warm cup are just a few of the things we love about coffee. So when we set out to find a solution we knew it had to meet the following criteria:

Now for the real reason we even set-out on a quest for an alternative. Coffee for all its amazing properties also has its draw backs. The acidic nature, the caffeine induced crashes when you have one to many cups, the risk of blood pressure spikes among certain groups to name a few. Our solution had to solve these otherwise we might as well stick to coffee.

The most unique and compelling aspect of Fig is its ability to mix with coffee. Mix our grounds in any ratio with your favorite coffee before brewing and experience a smoother cup without the associated adverse affects.

What about the flavor?

Figs take on the flavor of whatever you mix it with, just smoother and with a slight added sweetness.

Won't that defeat the purpose?

Remarkably figs still manage to negate the acidic affects when mixed with coffee, and due to their caffeine free nature you can effectively cut and micro-manage your caffeine intake to the perfect level for you.
