We generally try to describe our Mellow Mix as a smoother, mellower version of coffee, so if you are use to drinking a very strong brew this blend wouldn't be right for you. If you are still looking for a way to drink coffee without the side effects we recommend trying out the pure fig coffee supplement. This can be brewed alone but in this instance you would be able to mix it with your own coffee grounds in a lower ratio to achieve a blend that is stronger while still lowering the caffeine and digestive uses of the coffee.

So when mixing with coffee like in our Mellow Mix you primarily taste the coffee just a bit mellower and smoother. We tend to see this as a feature as opposed to a disadvantage but everyone preferences are different. We recommend our pure fig in our Coffee Supplement 12oz bag in order to get that Fig flavor.
