A paper filter in the bottom of the portafilter to prevent clogging is recommended. No tamping necessary.

Fill reservoir for the desired amount and start your machine.

Pour hot water over the grounds, stir gently, and let steep for 3 minutes.

Press plunger down, and pour into your mug to enjoy. Add sweetener or milk as desired.

Add 5g of Original Digestive Blend per 8oz of water to your filter-lined cone.

Slowly pour hot water (200°F) in a spiral motion over the grounds. Allow to extract for 2 to 4 minutes.

Remove cone and pour into your mug, add sweetener or milk as desired and enjoy.

Add 7.5g of Original Digestive Blend per 8oz of water.

Insert the plunger and press gently, continuing to press until you have a full shot.

Remove press, add sweetener or milk as desired and enjoy.

Just want a healthier coffee? Replace a portion of your coffee with our grounds and brew as normal.

Our fig grounds are about twice as dense as coffee so a little goes a long way, but don't be afraid to play with the ratio until you find your perfect brew.

If you need a starting point we recommend a ratio of 50/50 by weight and adjust from there to your taste preference or dietary needs.
