1 15 oz can Organic Black Beans
Vegan Sour Cream
*Pickled Red Onion
Sliced Grape Tomato
Black Bean Seasoning:
2 Tbsp FigBrew Grounds
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Brewed FigBrew
2 Tsp Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce
Combine all seasoning ingredients and mix well. Next, heat black beans in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, and season with 3 tbsp of seasoning. Using a fork, mash the beans until somewhat smooth, retaining some texture.
Chop cilantro, slice tomatoes, toast tortillas, and assemble ingredients into tacos, using whatever toppings you’d like. I also used a fire-roasted salsa, seasoned with Frig Brew grounds, which gave the salsa a slightly intensified char flavor. Incredible!
